A resident of Berkeley since 1993, Daniel loves neighborhoods and their houses, irrespective of condition, age, and style of architecture. He especially enjoys walking around Berkeley and looking for the potential in all homes, possessing an excellent innate sense of how to fulfill that potential.
An outdoorsman and rock climber for most of his life, Daniel is married and the father of two young children, for whom he was the main caretaker for the first two years of youngest child life. As anyone knows, raising children teaches many virtues, and the art of patience is one that Daniel has learned in spades!
